The Moncrief's Visit Chicago

On Wednesday, August 3, my best friend from college and her family drove to Chicago to visit Ruben and I!! They stayed with us from the 3-7. I was super excited to have Leslie, Dakota, Mason and Mallory in Chicago!

I love Leslie!!

She and her family are so sweet! They were great guests, and we had a fabulous time!!

Together we went to the Lincoln Park Zoo. It's an awesome free zoo park in the city, and a great way to spend the day!

A Moncreif Family tradition; purchase a Mold-A-Rama where ever one is located. This one gave them a gorilla. :)

We saw so many animals, and had tons of fun!

The next morning we hung out around the house.

Later that day we went to The Field Museum! We were there for about 4 hours and saw all kinds of awesome exhibits!!

We saw Whales, Egypt, Ungerground Adventure (which had to do with bugs under the Earth) and Dinosaur's!

Mallory just saw a huge spider, and wasn't too sure about it. :)

Here's a pic of their Mold-A-Rama collection from their Chicago trip! A gorilla, and 2 cows from the Zoo, a whale and a dinosaur from the Field Museum. :)
